Season 4 of "The Blacklist" is expected to release in Fall this year. However, rumours whisper that Red and Liz will have a spat, which is keeping speculations about the series alive.

One big issue that earlier kept fans in suspense was the death, or life, of Liz (Megan Boone). She was thought to be still alive, but Red (James Spader) in the series did not think so. He will now be amazed to find out that Liz 's escape from death was a secret with the support of a person Red trusted and thought to be his friend.

Even though Red felt shattered when he discovered that Liz had been killed, now finding that she had just faked it and remained a secret will definitely put him down.

Another issue that will rack the viewers, according to Parent Herald, is the truth about Liz's father. Liz and Red are deeply caring about each, yet are secretive. While Red told Liz much earlier that he is not her real father, it is not clear whether he was telling the truth or not.

Still, the issue has been argued for a long time. Some feel tht Red may have had an affair with Katarina (Lotte Verbeek), who is thought to be the biological mother of Liz. However, another group of viewers is firm that Red cannot be Liz's father. It is Alexander Kirk (Ulrich Thomsen), earlier known as Constantine Rostova, who is the father.

Hence, it is expected that buried feelings will erupt even as the pair face each other in Season 4. Their deeply entangled lives have kept the show riveting in the past few seasons. Hence, would it be surprising if they cross paths again?

Jon Bokenkamp, the creator of the series, explained recently to Entertainment Weekly that Red's half-truths are going to affect their upcoming meeting.

He said that their relationship "threads" the series together. But when asked about the answers that Liz has been wanting to get from Red, Bokenkamp said, "Oh, that is still a big question to her. That's still something that she will want answers to. She's also resigned to the fact that there's only so much that [Red] is going to tell her; he withholds information, he tells partial truths."

Wait for the release of Season four of "The Blacklist" in Fall 2016 to find out the real truths!
