Warning: The following contains spoilers for "Fear The Walking Dead."

Things are really starting to heat up on AMC's "Fear The Walking Dead." There's been violence and death, for both walkers and humans, as well as a good old fashioned kidnapping. No, it isn't quite the character-focused drama that season one was. But "Fear" is still enjoyable in spurts despite the knockoff "Walking Dead" smell it gives off.

With so much action, fans are probably curious about what is coming next. Lucky for us, Fear: The Spoiling Dead Fans have some answers. Read on if you want to get some inside information on this week's episode, "Sicut Cervus."

(For those of you that are wondering, the episode gets its title from Latin music in Psalm 41, composed by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina.)

To recap:

-Daniel is wielding his knife as if he were a young man back in the war. He kills the military guys that board the yacht and then puts Luis out of his misery. It sounds like a mercy killing. Daniel may be a battle hardened killer at heart, but he's not without compassion and honor. Plus, he's just cool.

-A dying Luis gives Ofelia an owl medal to give to his mother. Anytime a character in "The Walking Dead" universe gets this type of nostalgic, reflective treatment, you know they are not long for this world. Character development in the zombie apocalypse is apparently only okay if said character is about to die. That's not a good strategy to build a sustainable series.

-Luis and Strand deal with some shady characters in order to get into Mexico. It seems like our group is going through an awful lot of trouble just to get to a destination that likely won't be safe for much longer, if at all.

-Luis and Strand exchange gunfire with these shady characters. This is likely when Luis suffers his mortal wound. Poor Luis, we hardly knew ye.

-The group does find Thomas Abigal, Strand's business partner and lover, in Mexico. Unfortunately, it sounds as if the reunion is cut short by that whole pesky dying thing that has become some popular in this show. Thomas, Luis, two military guys and a handful of walkers are dispatched in this episode.

-Also, there's a robed priest who is a friend of Thomas. Anyone who is interested in how priests are used in the apocalypse should read "Lucifer's Hammer." Great end-of-the-world book.

"Fear The Walking Dead" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on AMC.
