The NFL Draft is a time for great speculation and projection when it comes to prospects and a time for hope and optimism for every team. It is the only point on the entire football schedule that perennial playoff contenders and cellar-dwellers stand on somewhat equal ground. With everything up for grabs, it's no surprise to see Ohio State wide receiver Braxton Miller is drawing plenty of interest.

Miller is perhaps one of the most intriguing prospects in this entire draft class. He spent his first three seasons with OSU as a playmaking quarterback before an injury opened up the door for T.J. Barrett and Cardale Jones to supplant him as the starter. But the rise of other QBs on the depth chart didn't come as a result of poor play from Miller.

In 2013 (his last season as the full-time starter at QB), Miller completed 63.5 percent of his passes while throwing for 2,094 yards with 24 touchdowns against just seven interceptions (his third straight season with single digit picks). He also ran for 1,068 yards and 12 more scores on a 6.2 YPC. This adds an extra element to his game that other players simply don't have.

Following his position change to wide receiver this past year, Miller caught 25 passes for 340 yards and three touchdowns while also rushing for 261 yards and one additional score. Though his 2015 numbers aren't eye popping, he did show that he was completely recovered from his injuries and that his other worldly athleticism was still present.

What's most interesting about Miller's comments is that the majority of teams are working him out on the outside. Given his elusiveness, many had assumed that he be earmarked as a slot receiver in the NFL. But if teams are working him out as an outside receiver, it could mean that they are confident he can develop into a game changing talent as he gains more experience at the position.

As of right now, the Tennessee Titans, Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens are three of the teams known to have interest in Miller. Throwing in our two cents, we think the Seattle Seahawks would be a good fit as well.

The 2016 NFL Draft will be held from April 28-30.
