Ariana Grande isn't going to let the haters get away with leaving negative comments.

After releasing the first visual from her latest single "Dangerous Women" last month, one "fan" took to Facebook to leave a sexist comment, and the 22-year-old singer wasn't having it. "Ariana all respect, but dangerous woman I loved but the trouble is that in he video salts like a whore!..sorry for the rudeness, I only say the truth....SORRY Ariana Grande," Jonathan Alexis Munoz wrote.

It took Grande a little more than a week to reply, but it was totally worth the wait. "When will people stop being offended by women showing skin / expressing sexuality?" she wrote. "Men take their shirts off / express their sexuality on stage, in videos, on instagram, anywhere they want to...all. the. time. The double standard is so boring and exhausting. With all due respect, I think it's time you get your head out of your ass. Woman can love their bodies too!!"

This isn't the first time Grande has stood up against sexism, either. Last summer, she took to Twitter shortly after her split from rapper Big Sean with a lengthy post speaking out about the double standards in the industry.

"I am tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a man's past, present or future PROPERTY / POSESSION," she wrote at the time. "I...do not. belong. to anyone. but myself. and neither do you. I have clearly not been having the boy questions in my interviews lately because I have come to the realization that I have SO. MUCH. MORE. to talk about. "

"I know y'all already know this but the double standard and misogyny are still ever present," she added. "I can't wait to live in a world where people are not valued by who they're dating / married to /attached to, having sex with (or not) / seen with...but their values as an individual."

A few months ago, she also posted a GIF of herself waving goodbye to Instagram with the caption, "me @ body shaming / slut shaming & other misogynistic / negative comments."
