LeBron James has conquered the NBA world and now he's set his sights on Hollywood. The two-time NBA champion and four-time league MVP stole the show in last year's "Trainwreck" and now his production company, SpringHill Entertainment, has acquired the rights to an Elite Draft video in which Elite Daily writer Connor Toole pretended to be a draft pick of the Utah Jazz last year. Toole, who is 6'10", looks the part and convinced fans to buy him drinks and women to give him their phone numbers. It's pretty hilarious, honestly. You can check the video out below.

Not a whole lot is known about how SpringHill Entertainment is going to turn this concept into a feature length film. What we do know is that the project will be a comedy (naturally) and that LeBron James is expected to appear, possibly in a supporting role or possibly playing himself. Yes, that's exactly what he just did in "Trainwreck" opposite Amy Schumer and Bill Hader. But, hey, it worked. If ain't broke, don't fix it.

Based on the Elite Draft video, we would guess that the film version will follow a similarly tall man who pretends to be a recently drafted NBA prospect. Obviously, hilarity and hijinks will ensue. Still, that's a pretty thin concept to sustain an entire feature length film. LeBron and his production company may want to hire some writers to punch things up just a bit. Following around a tall guy as he gets mobbed by drunken strangers doesn't seem like it would be that funny after the first few minutes.

Football and baseball have seen their fair share of recruitment videos over the years, but basketball has never really gotten into that realm. It will be cool to see a movie tackle that topic now, especially from a comedic angle.

It's also great to see LeBron continuing to broaden his horizons and expand his empire. Now, all that's left is a "Space Jam" sequel. Get on that, LBJ.
