Charm and Brittani Niccole have both received breast enhancements as a gift from their father, an Orange County, Calif. plastic surgeon, and now act as "walking advertisements" for Dr. Michael Niccole's clinic, the Daily Mail reports.

But getting a boob job wasn't the first that Charm, 25, and her sister Brittani, also 25, went under their dad's knife. For her 18th birthday, Charm went from an A to a C cup, and just three years later, Dr. Niccole performed rhinoplasty on her as a gift for her 21st birthday. But the very first time that Dr. Niccole operated on Charm was when she was only 10-years-old, reshaping her belly button from an outtie to an innie.

"Every other month I'll get something done to my skin," Charm, who works in marketing, told Barcroft Media. "I think Botox is important because it prevents you from getting wrinkles. I also get Botox in my armpits, which helps me stop sweating."

"Some people say, "Isn't it weird that your dad has seen your breasts?" and I say no," added Brittani, a make-up artist. "First of all I'm his daughter and he's seen me naked when I was a baby, so really who cares?"

The sisters say they regularly visit their dad's clinic for face peels and Botox touch-ups, and don't mind being living billboards for his clinic, Cosmeticare Plastic Surgery Centre and Med Spa. Ith as, after all, seemed to work in getting him more business.

"Almost all of our friends have had procedures done by my dad, whether that's boob jobs, liposuction, Botox or skin peels," Charm said.

Their mother, however, worries that her girls may become addicted to plastic surgery.

"I fought it for a long time but when I saw how much she hated her nose, I gave in again," she told Barcroft Media.

But Dr. Niccole insisted to Barcroft that he is not the reason his daughters love getting enhanced, placing the blame on "an environment of beauty" that they have grown up in, which features "immaculate" cars, houses and even friends.

"I was totally flat-chested so I just wanted to feel more comfortable in my own skin," Brittani said. "When I first told my parents I wanted my breasts done I was about 15. I knew I had to wait until I was 18 but I was nagging them about it all the time.  When I graduated high school Dad surprised me by saying, 'I've scheduled you in to have your boobs done next week'. I was so excited."
