A familiar face will pop up on the next episode of Caitlyn Jenner's docuseries "I Am Cait" - Scott Disick! Kourtney Kardashian's ex and the father of her three children will guest star on Sunday's episode where he gets an exciting new title and clashes with Jenner.

In a preview for the episode where the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star appears, he was named an "honorary trans woman" by Jenner's good friend and trans activist Candis Cayne.

"I've been here 10 minutes!" Disick joked in the clip.

While the father of three and Jenner did not exactly get along in the past, he was quickly invited into her circle of girlfriends.

"I've been through a lot, he's been through a lot...it's how you come out the other side," Caitlyn said in the clip.

Disick hit it off immediately with Jenner's group, but tensions do arise between the two.

"I'm here for you, not just your people," Disick told Jenner. "I've spent more time with them than you."

"I know," Caitlyn replied.

"I've spent more time with them than I have with you," Scott said.

Even after the two talk in the clip, it appeared that Jenner was still not speaking to Disick and one of her friends even asked her why she was "ignoring" him.

"I think he's upset," one of Jenner's friends told her.

"I would much rather deal with something like that than have to deal with him being hammered," Jenner said, referencing Disick's past troubles with alcohol.

Most recently, Disick entered rehab in October 2015, right after Khloé Kardashian's estranged husband, Lamar Odom, was found unconscious from a drug overdose in a Nevada brothel. Disick exited the treatment facility a month later, but was still getting outpatient treatment from Cliffside Malibu.

"The truth is I just to live my life and I want to have a little happiness and a little balance," he said.

"The truth is rehab did help me and now I'm just trying to be responsible. I'm not out here trying to get wasted, but you know what, I will have a beer on the beach. I'm not doing drugs, I'm not doing anything insane, so I think people just need to relax ... I just want to try to live my life." Disick said at a club appearance earlier this month.

"I Am Cait" airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
