Bam Margera, best known for his role on the hit MTV reality prank series "Jackass," marked his return to reality TV on the new VH1 series "Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn" with his mother, April. The mother and son duo are seeking help through counseling and therapy for Bam, who struggles with alcohol addiction and in a sneak peek for the Wednesday (March 23) episode, April opens up about how much her son's addiction has affected her and their family.

In a clip from tonight's episode, Dr. Jenn Mann gathers the cast - made up of the Margeras, actress Lindsay Lohan's estranged parents Michael and Dina, former "Teen Mom 3" stars Briana and Brittany DeJesus, former "Flavor of Love" star Tiffany "New York" Pollard and her mother Michelle "Sister" Patterson, and media mogul Damon Dash along with his brothers Bobby and Jeremy - for a group therapy session. Dr. Jenn asks each of her guests to describe their darkest family moment, starting first with April.

"It had to be Christmas Eve two years ago," April says.

She explains that she brought out the family's Christmas tree and dressed it with lights, leaving the rest bare so that her son could help her decorate it later that day. Bam had just returned home from tour the day before Christmas Eve and she decided to stop by and check up on him, but when she found him he was in a drunk rage, breaking things and screaming in her face.

"And then he tells me he's gonna drown in the pool and I'm gonna be OK, and he tells me he's gonna die before me and I'll be alright. That makes me so sick," she says, choking up. "I used to love Christmas and I just hate it, I hate the holidays 'cause for some reason, with the holidays he just hates them or something. Why?"

"I have all this s--t," Bam says. "I have nine cars in the driveway and I don't want any of this s--t anymore. I just don't want anything, that doesn't make me happy. Stuff doesn't make me happy. Like, when Christmas comes around, Ape will get me another car - it doesn't make me happy. I don't even want to meet anybody new, I don't want to be friends with anybody new. I don't even want to be friends with the friends that I'm friends with cause they're a--holes. You know? I'm like, I don't f--king want this anymore."

"Not like I was going to do it or anything but I was like, 'Just send me in that pool and make sure I don't come back up,'" he continues, and his mother wipes tears from her eyes.
