NFL fans across the nation are already anxious to see who their team will take in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, and HNGN's 2016 NFL Mock Draft has already broken down picks 1-10 and picks 11-21. Below are picks 22-31, which provide a look at some of the best franchises in the NFL and potential picks they could look to add to there roster come April.

22. Houston Texans: Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame

The Texans already landed their quarterback and starting running back in free agency this offseason, and adding a playmaker like Fuller to their offense could be a huge addition. The Fighting Irish wide receiver posted the fastest 40-yard dash time (4.32) for a receiver at the NFL Combine, and he would fit as a strong second receiver next star wide out DeAndre Hopkins.

23.  Minnesota Vikings: Josh Doctson, WR, TCU

The Vikings are in need of a wide receiver heading into the draft, and after bolstering their offensive line in free agency, they may look to add a playmaking receiver like Doctson. The Horned Frogs receiver could be a star at the next level and has the ability to go up and grab contested passes, which could make a him a reliable target for quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.

24. Cincinnati Bengals: Andrew Billings, NT, Baylor

The Bengals may be looking to upgrade their defensive line in this year's draft, and with defensive tackle Domata Peko turning 32 years old this upcoming season, Billings could be a good fit in Cincinnati. Billings just turned 20 years old this March and will need time to develop in the league, but he could be a rare talent that could grow into a special player for the Bengals.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers: Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State

The Steelers are looking to improve their secondary heading into the 2016 season, and Apple could provide immediate relief starting at corner for Pittsburgh next season. The Buckeyes cornerback has drawn high praise in the lead-up to this year's draft and has been compared to Rams star cornerback Turmaine Johnson.

26. Seattle Seahawks: Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia

The Seahawks are in need of offensive lineman heading into next season, but if Floyd somehow slips to them in the draft, don't expect Seattle to pass up on the talented pass rusher. The Seahawks lost a big piece with linebacker Bruce Irvin signing with the Oakland Raiders, and the Bulldogs linebacker could fill a huge hole on their defense, as he is considered one of the best edge rushers in this draft.

27. Green Bay Packers: Vernon Butler, DT, Louisiana Tech

The Packers have a glaring hole in their defensive line after B.J. Raji announced that he was taking a "hiatus" from football, and Butler is unique talent that could fill multiple needs for the Packers on their defensive line. Butler has drawn comparisons with Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson, and he is considered to have a high ceiling at the next level.

28. Kansas City Chiefs: Robert Nkemdiche, DT, Ole Miss

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has been known to take chances on players with off field question marks, and if Nkemdiche falls to the bottom of the first round, Kansas City could look to grab him quickly. The Rebels defensive lineman is considered one of the best prospects in this year's draft class, but off-field concerns and a lack of production at Ole Miss could see him fall to the Chiefs.

29. Arizona Cardinals: Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis

The Cardinals may look to add to their secondary or defensive line in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, but if Lynch is still on the board, Arizona may look to grab their future franchise quarterback. The Cardinals retained backup quarterback Drew Stanton on a two-year deal, but Lynch could be too good of an opportunity for the Cardinals to pass up on, as Carson Palmer will turn 37 years old at the end of next season.

30. Carolina Panthers: Noah Spence, DE, Eastern Kentucky

Panthers starting defensive end Jared Allen announced his retirement following the 2015 season, and despite re-signing defensive end Charles Johnson on a cheaper deal this offseason, Carolina is expected to address their pass rush. Spence is one of the top pass rushers in this year's draft, and off-field concerns could see him fall to the bottom of the first round. The Panthers have a strong organization and plenty of leaders on defensive side of the ball that could serve as mentors for Spence should they chose to take a chance on him.

31. Denver Broncos: Germain Ifedi, OL, Texas A&M

The Broncos may be one of the biggest question marks in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, as they have glaring holes at both the quarterback and linebacker positions. The Broncos could look to reach and take a quarterback like Connor Cook with the last pick in the first round, but former Broncos quarterback and current general manager John Elway likely won't reach on any player. The Broncos have multiple needs on their offensive line, and Ifedi could be a strong piece that could fill multiple needs as they look to rebuild their offensive line in 2016.
