A five-year-old cancer survivor lived her dream at a princess party exclusively arranged for her by a non-profit organization.

Life has been extremely hard for Brielle Kelly, the five-year-old cancer survivor who went through a series of medical complications since her birth. But the little child finally saw her dreams coming true at a royal party arranged by a Pennsylvania-based non-profit organization, Jamie's Dream Team, to celebrate her birthday on the weekend, reveals a recent post on mamalette.

Brielle was diagnosed with cancer in February this year and underwent chemotherapy sessions. To cheer up her little princess on her birthday, Tina Kelly, her mother, contacted the non-profit organization as she wanted to get her a swing set. But Saturday morning came with a box-full of  grand surprises for the little battler.

Brielle, her mother and grandmother, all were first taken to a nearby salon, Hershey Pa, and given several beauty treatments.  They were also made to dress in royal attires and carried off by a horse drawn carriage to the Hotel Hershey. Brielle was then greeted by more than 100 family members and friends at a royal party arranged at the hotel.

There was music, dance and food that had the little girl smiling throughout the day. Brielle and her family members were overwhelmed with all the attention to details.

"It was just really an amazing time," said Tina Kelly, reports ABC News. "She's been smiles all day yesterday and today."

Jamie Holmes heard about Brielle's battle, which touched her heart and she made all the arrangements.  The organization spent around $10,000 to organize the royalty-themed party and several locals donated gifts and services for the party.

"I've spent some time with Brielle before this party and I have not seen her this happy," Holmes said. "She was all smiles - the whole family was absolutely stunning."

At the end of the party Santa dropped in . The good news is, latest CT scan reports reveal that Brielle is free of the cancer but she needs one more operation to get completely cured.
