Farrah Abraham opens up with Dr. Drew Pinsky on the upcoming two-part reunion special for MTV's hit series "Teen Mom OG." In a new sneak peek for the upcoming episode, the reality star and entrepreneur breaks down in tears when Pinsky hits an emotional chord with Abraham and brings up the alleged child abuse she suffered as a child.

Pinsky first addresses the blowout argument that Abraham had with "Teen Mom" producer Larry Musnik in the two-part season six finale, as previously HNGN reported. Their exchange, which was over a dispute in Abraham's contract with MTV, escalated into a shouting match, and Abraham shoved Musnik on camera.

"I don't really feel that any person who is an elder who I'm working with should antagonize me or fight with me and not communicate appropriately. I think things got heightened and out of control," Abraham said, confirming that she's smoothed things over with Musnik since then.

"You had something horrific happen in childhood," Pinsky said. "There's something called traumatic reenactment that humans do. One of the crazy things about humans is when something bad happens to us, particularly in childhood, we reenact it over and over again in our adult life. And you've had men exploit you. You've had some things happen to you that you would not do today."

Abraham agrees with Pinsky and starts to become visibly upset as he brings up her past, and Pinsky asks her why she looks sad.

"Cause it's so sad," Abraham says. "I don't really feel like people should have to go through with that, but that's part of life."

"Stop dismissing it, it is sad," Pinsky tells her. "It's sad to have been hurt as a child right?"

Farrah nods her head silently, then starts to cry.
