Even though she only recently announced her engagement to Brian Hallisay, Jennifer Love Hewitt's rep confirmed to People magazine that the two actors are now officially married after a secret wedding, just in time for the birth of their daughter, Autumn James on Nov. 26.

Hewitt met Hallisay on the set of their Lifetime original series "The Client List." The couple decided to keep the sex of the baby a surprise, celebrating in October with a gender-neutral shower, which was decorated in shades of yellow and attended by 25 of the star's closest friends at L.A.'s Hotel Bel Air. Event planner Mindy Weiss was in charge of the big event, offering baby-themed treats from Georgetown Cupcakes and decorating the indoor ballroom with old-fashioned milk bottles, onesies hanging on a clothing line, yellow flowers and black and white pillows and chairs.

The 34-year-old was all smiles during the party in a lemon-colored sleeveless maxi dress, as a source told People that she became teary-eyed when Hallisay arrived towards the end of the shower.

"I lost my mom a little less than a year and a half ago to cancer. Obviously, I got very lucky that even though I lost my mother, I lost her later in life, but it's still had a profound effect on me," Hewitt told People magazine back in September. "I've always wanted to be a mom. I had a great relationship with mine. I'm ready to pass on to my child all the great love that my mom had for me."

Autumn James is Hewitt's first child.
