Maci Bookout and her fiancé Taylor McKinney are both feeling the pressure of finding the perfect work-life balance. In an exclusive sneak peek obtained by US Weekly for the upcoming two-hour season finale of the hit MTV reality TV series "Teen Mom OG," the couple argues over how best to manage their time now that McKinney has realized his dream of owning his own clothing line.

In the clip, McKinney puts the couple's daughter, little Jayde Carter, down for bedtime while Bookout finishes dinner with her 7-year-old son Bentley, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé Ryan Edwards. McKinney returns to finish dinner with them, and Bookout asks if he plans to launch a Black Friday sale for his Things That Matter clothing line, a company he purchased in a previous episode, and he nods his head yes.

"I think it's a perfect way to get rid of the inventory that came in," McKinney says in the clip. "Like you said a while back, we might as well do it cause it's one of the biggest sales of the year."

Bookout asks him if he's expecting her to update the Things That Matter website in order to get it ready for the black Friday sale. McKinney tells Bookout that he needs her to handle it because he doesn't know how to use the website, and Bookout suggests that they come up with a work plan since she only had four days in advance to work on their previous launch. McKinney told her that he's also being run thin, and Bookout says that she stays up until 4 a.m. working on the clothing line and waking up at 8 a.m. because she doesn't have a choice.

"This whole talk f--king sucks," McKinney says, getting upset. "I'm being pointed at like the idiot and I don't know what I'm doing."

"I mean, we can't work, have two kids, two dogs and a house and wanna do everything we do and do it all in 12 hours," Bookout responds. "That's impossible."
