It was an emotional sit-down this time for VH1 reality TV star Angela "Big Ang" Raiola during her appearance on Tuesday's episode of "The Dr. Oz Show." The matriarch of the "Mob Wives" cast opened up about her stage four brain and lung cancer diagnosis and revealed that she decided to leave her husband Neil Murphy in the midst of her health battle.

The 55-year-old TV personality looked great, even though she is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation in order to combat the disease. She sported a short, blonde new 'do and wore black leather pants, a black top and a black leather jacket with a scarf tied around her neck and needed a moment to hold back her tears at the beginning of her interview with Dr. Oz.

"I don't know," she said after she wiped her eyes. "Sometimes I feel I'm gonna be fine, then sometimes I just don't think I am."

She opened up about the ups and downs she's been through in the past year since she found out that there was a lemon-sized tumor in her throat. She underwent surgery to remove the tumor, and she believed that she was cancer free, but shortly after, she got the news that her cancer had worsened and also spread to her lungs and her brain.

Raiola explained that she is leaning on her family for emotional support through the battle for her health, but there's one person who isn't by her side-her husband, Neil Murphy, who starred alongside her on the previous seasons of VH1's "Mob Wives" and "Couples Therapy." She told Dr. Oz that in the midst of her treatment for brain and lung cancer, she decided to leave Murphy because he wasn't providing her with the right amount of comfort and support.

"You know what? I felt that he never stepped up to the plate so I was done with it, I'd rather be by myself," Raiola told Dr. Oz. "I've been taking care of everything, I'd rather be alone."
