Ciara is having a hard time not sharing her goodies with boyfriend Russell Wilson. Back in July, the Seahawks quarterback went on "The Rock Church" with San Diego pastor Miles McPherson and revealed that he and Ciara decision to abstain from sex until marriage for religious reasons.

"So I met this girl Ciara, who is the most beautiful woman in the world. She's the most kind person, the most engaging person," Wilson said. "She was on tour, and I was looking at her in the mirror... and God spoke to me. He said, 'I need you to lead her.' So, I told her, 'What would you do if we took all that 'extra stuff' off the table, and just did it Jesus' way?'"

So, how are the two holding up?

In a new interview with CosmopolitanCiara said she and Wilson are "hanging in there" and still "going pretty good" when it comes to not having sex - but the 30-year-old singer and mother-of-one also admitted that it's not always easy trying to resist the temptation of physical intimacy.

"I'm not gonna lie," she told Cosmopolitan. "I'm human, so it is not easy, especially when I look at him and I think he is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen - that I've ever laid my eyes on, to be honest. I'm like, 'Look the other way! Look the other way!'"

"But he's such an awesome guy and the cool thing is that every day, we're growing with each other. We get to have really healthy conversations and focus on each other as people. That is very important to me and him. It's very valuable. We're just enjoying ourselves and going one day at a time and praying and staying positive. Being strong here!"

What exactly does being abstinent mean for the high-profile couple?

"You get to hug and you get to have a nice good kiss, but you have to be careful not to go too far so you don't end up in the place you're trying to avoid being in," the singer shared. "Strong, strong, strong, strong! Just the strongest resistance to temptation."

Last Week, Ciara filed a $15 million lawsuit against her ex-fiancé, rapper Future, for slander and libel after he allegedly slammed her parenting skills of the former couple's 21-month-old son, Future Jr.
