The Los Angeles Rams have reportedly had internal discussions about bringing Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning to Los Angeles if he wants to play another season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Manning has reportedly already told his close friends that Super Bowl 50 will be his last game, but has yet to announce anything publicly. The Broncos quarterback is still under contract for another year in Denver next season, and it's unclear if Manning would have any interest in joining the Rams in Los Angeles.

Broncos backup quarterback Brock Osweiler is expected to lead Denver next season, and the front office will look to lock up the 2012 second round draft pick, as he becomes an unrestricted free agent this offseason. Manning has reiterated that his focus is on Super Bowl 50, and that he is just focused on the moment and not the future.

Manning is heading into his fourth title game, and is looking for his second Super Bowl ring in 18 seasons. The Broncos quarterback is considered by many the greatest regular-season quarterback of all time, and faces a difficult challenge against the Carolina Panthers, who posted the best record in the NFL this year.

While Manning is focused on the Super Bowl, the Rams are looking to make the playoffs for this first time since 2004. Rams head coach Jeff Fisher said at the end of the regular season that quarterback Case Keenum is the team's starter entering the offseason, and that quarterbacks Nick Foles and Sean Mannion will look to compete for the position.

The Los Angeles Rams hold the 15th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, and it will be interesting to see what their front office decides, as there are a few quarterbacks that could be taken off the board in the first round. The Rams are clearly keeping their options open, but will have to wait until after the Super Bowl, as Manning is unlikely to reveal any future plans till after the big game.
