Chelsea handed a 5-1 loss to MK Dons in the fourth round of the F.A. cup on Sunday. A hat trick from Brazilian midfielder Oscar (Oscar dos Santos Emboaba Junior), a goal from Bertrand Traore and Eden Hazzard's first with the Blues rounded out the scoring.

Chelsea advanced to the fifth round of the F.A. Cup where the team will host Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on Feb. 20. By dressing a starting XI stocked with veterans on Sunday, Chelsea manager Gus Hiddink is making it clear he has his sights set on winning the F.A. Cup, according to ESPN.

The win gives the F.A. Cup particular importance for long-time Chelsea captain John Terry. Terry revealed to the media the club would not renew his contract, which is set to expire at the end of the season, according to Dominic Fifield, making it likely to be Terry's last F.A. Cup as a member of the Chelsea first team.

The 35-year-old made his debut with the Blues in 1998 at the age of 18 and has served as the club's captain since 2004. With four Premier League titles, five F.A. Cups and three Capital One Cups, Terry is one of the most decorated defenders in English soccer. Despite not being renewed by Chelsea, Terry made it clear he isn't ready to retire, according to the Score.

"It's not going to be a fairytale ending, I'm not going to retire at Chelsea," Terry said, according to the Score. "It took me a couple of days to get over. My performance isn't going to change - the way I train, what I give for the club. I want to give everything and finish on a high, on 100 percent good terms with the club."

It wouldn't be shocking to see Terry follow in the footsteps of former Chelsea defender Ashley Cole and move to the MLS in the future. As Terry made it clear, he wants to leave the Premier League if he's not with Chelsea,

"I couldn't play for another Premier League club. It will be elsewhere for sure. I don't know where and I leave that to the people in charge. It certainly won't be in the Premier League," Terry said.

"I would love to finish my career at Chelsea and maybe there is a time when I look to go to play in America or whatever might be best for my family at the time," Terry told TalkSPORT.
