Chris Brown isn't going to let his baby mama Nia Guzman make him look like a bad father. Guzman recently filed legal documents claiming that the singer was smoking, either weed and/or cigarettes, around their 1-year-old daughter Royalty and that the child had developed asthma as a result of the exposure, according to TMZ. Guzman says that whenever Royalty would come back from visiting her dad, she would reek of smoke. She's also worried that Brown is abusing drugs and relapsing, especially with sizzurp, which is something his family claims he has been addicted to in the past.

Royality's mother is looking to restrict dad's visitation with his daughter and is asking the judge to force him to hire a full-time nanny and take random drug tests. She also wants to prohibit him from using drugs or consuming any alcohol around their baby girl and to stop smoking around her as well. As for child support, the $2,500 a month she is receiving now just isn't enough, and she wants it upped to nearly $16,000.

As soon as Brown got word of Guzman's claims, he took to Instagram to deny that any of this was true. He has since deleted the photo, but The Shade Room nabbed a screen shot of the 26-year-old singer's post.

"Absolutely untrue," he captioned a shot of TMZ's headline. "I quit cigarettes on New Years. NO ONE smokes around my daughter. This is obviously a play to get some sort of increased income. I take care of my daughter and I would never ever put her in a position that will harm her. I'm so sick and tired of negative people trying to use me and slander me. All this annoying bs, everybody knows what they do in these streets. My daughter is my pride and joy and I will not be played because my lifestyle is different from the other parties involved. This really has to stop."

He went on to explain how he and his mother are making sure Royalty constantly receives the best life and education she could and that she is "the most advanced" in her class. He also ensures that she is always as safe as possible.

"I won't do the back and forth negative things so I'll just say god bless whoever is struggling and need to use me to better their life," he concluded. "Even though I fulfill my duties as a father."

Ever since Brown found out he had a daughter early in 2015, he has been seemingly changing his typically crazy lifestyle for her. "For me, there comes a time where people have to grow up and start becoming more of an adult and taking responsibility, and I think this was just a blessing in disguise with my daughter," he said in June, as HNGN previously reported. "I get a chance to, like, look at her and, you know, teach her stuff, the right path, and also be a father in my daughter's life. Just to see the smile on her face, just to see the littlest things, it's emotional for me. So I just love that aspect of being able to be a father now."
