Bash and Mary kissed, Catherine has put her latest plot into action and Mary continues to show how clever she is. Here are my questions from “A Chill in the Air”:

No. 1—Is Catherine working with the pagans?

We now know that Catherine is the one who brought Olivia to court in order for her to permanently break up Mary and Francis. Catherine most likely ratted her secret out (the fact Olivia and Francis slept together) to the man she was supposed to marry. However, did Catherine know Olivia’s friend and servant would be sacrificed by the pagans? Or was she lucky that Olivia escaped the attack?

No. 2—So that kiss happened, now what?

Bash and Mary kissed. Francis saw. And now things are going to get bumpy for “Mancis” shippers. Although Mary was pretty drunk when this occured, will she kiss him again? Will the kiss lead to more? Will she be more drawn to Bash as Francis gets closer with Olivia?

No. 3—How much danger is Bash in?

Olivia’s servant was not totally dead when Bash and some soilders found the servant and Olivia’s friend tied up in a tree. The pagans were trying to drain them of their blood. Bash cut down the servant, thus interrupting the sacrifice. (The servant later died unfortunately) The Pagans have essentially declared war on Bash for the interruption. What will they do it him?

No. 4—Is Kenna about to be heartbroken?

Catherine explained to Mary that Kenna’s affair with the King won’t last. When Mary approached her about it and asked her to stop the affair Kenna explained that as the King’s mistress she only answers to him and not Mary. Kenna is under the impression that the King is off in Paris ending things with his current mistress. Is he really doing what Kenna expects or is she about to get the worst heartbreak ever?

No. 5—What is Mary’s plan for the Catherine?

Mary and Aylee have teamed up to fool Catherine. Catherine is under the impression that she is blackmailing Aylee because she caught Mary’s lady-in-waiting steeling from Mary. Catherine has Aylee giving her the letter’s Mary is supposed to send home to her mother. Since Mary knows Catherine’s is reading the letters—and suspects Catherine is behind Olivia’s arrival—how will Mary use the letter’s against Catherine? Is Mary going to give Catherine false information? If so, what will be the young queen’s next move?

No. 6—Is the romance between Greer and Leith really going to end?

Greer and Leith have acknowledged to each other that Greer will someday have to marry a wealthy man for her family’s sake. Until then, they’ve decided to secretly be together. Will they really be able to stop the romance once Greer finds the right wealthy suitor? Will Leith be able to rise from kitchen boy to wealthy man so he can marry Greer? Will they continue the romance, no matter what happens?
