Chris Brown checked out of rehab on Nov. 14 and celebrated by clubbing with girlfriend Karrueche Tran, TMZ reports. Brown checked into a Malibu rehab facility just 16 days ago for anger management after getting into a fight outside of a Washington D.C. hotel.

It was originally reported that the "Love More" singer was going to stay in rehab for up to three months. A source told TMZ that "the rehab facility has been told to take him [Brown] apart and put him back together."

After being in the program for a little more than two weeks, Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos said that he the singer needed to get out because he had to start the community service he was required to do following the 2009 incident with Rihanna. Geragos didn't say how the program went for Brown but told TMZ that he would continue seeking help through an outpatient program.

Leaving the rehab center isn't the only change the singer is making. Reportedly he is selling his $1.5 million Hollywood Hills home and moving to Malibu. Real estate sources told the website that has already put in an offer on a home in Malubi, in a gated community where other A-list celebrities live.

The source said the "last straw" for Brown was when he got into trouble by the city of Los Angeles for decorating his house with graffiti.

In October, Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, were arrested after a 20-year-old man accused them of beating him up. in a police report he said that he photobombed Brown while he trying to take a picture with a female fan outside the W Hotel when the singer got nasty.

The man claims that Brown said "I'm not down with that gay s**t" and "I feel like boxing" before punching him in the face and breaking his nose. Reportedly the singer's bodyguard also punched the man in the face and then rushed Brown onto the tour bus.
