Everyone's New Year's Resolution was to get in shape, move more, and get into a good routine with exercise. However, as you've definitely noticed, this is much easier said than done. However, the best way to exercise is to find an activity that gets you moving and one that you love. Don't slave away on a treadmill - take a dance class!

Taking dance classes is often regarded as an activity for young kids and teens, but adults also benefit enormously from the exercise as well as the confidence you get from learning to dance. Whether you're into hip-hop, tango, ballet, jazz or swing, these videos will inspire you to take the leap and sign up for a dance class.

If you've ever thought about learning to tango, Miriam Larici & Leonardo Barrionuevo will convince you that it's an endeavour worth pursuing. They're showing the world some of the best of Argentine Tango. Find yourself a partner and sign up for a class!

This is Yanis Marshall, a professional dancer whose incredible ability to kill it on the dance floor while wearing heels has blown the world away. He was a finalist on Britain's Got Talent in 2014, and he teaches Dance in Heels classes, so if you find yourself in Paris or Los Angeles, look him up. His style combines elements of jazz, hip-hop and modern, and it is packed with energy and confidence.

Nina Kaptsova's rendition of Tchaikovsky's Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy is so elegant and dainty that it seems other-worldly. Even if you think you're about as graceful as a horse on rollerskates, taking a ballet class will help you build up your balance, and you'll find yourself improving in no time.

These amazing Lindy Hop Swing dancers will show you that there's no such thing as dancing that's too fast. Their energy is infectious, and even if you're not one for flips and twists, swing is so much fun that you should give it a try.
