Tim Tebow is reportedly moving on from the NFL and pursuing a career in television.  The current free agent is looking for an NFL or NCAA sports broadcasting job, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

After more than two months without a job in the NFL, Tebow appears ready to try a new career path: sports television.

"Tim Tebow hired prominent broadcast agent CAA's Nick Khan to join Jimmy Sexton in (representing) him," Rapoport tweeted on Sunday.  "If no NFL, (Tebow) will look at college TV jobs."

Given Tebow's struggles and limited experience in the NFL, college football is a more likely venue for the former Heisman winner - he'd have more credibility covering an NCAA game.

ESPN didn't play coy when asked about hiring Tebow for television.

"If he chooses to end his playing career, we'd have an interest in exploring it," ESPN spokeswoman Gracie Blackburn said in an email to USA Today Sports.

It's uncertain whether Tebow wants a broadcasting job where he can call games in the booth or one where he can work from a studio.

USA Today Sports broke down an appearance Tebow made on College GameDay during the 2013 Sugar Bowl:

"It's not great, but few athletes are when first appearing on a panel.  Tebow relies on crutches like 'you know' and 'I think' and has a habit of calling things 'great' and 'blessed.'  But those are verbal tics that can easily be worked out with practice.

"He has a good camera presence and when he discussed the importance of maintaining timing with wide receivers during a long break, he showed an ability to add some insight into a broadcast."
