Pope Francis is releasing his very first children's book. Entitled "Dear Pope Francis," it contains letters that children from around the world wrote to the Holy Father along with his replies. The book is set to be released first in Italy by Feb. 25, while the rest of the world will find copies beginning March 1, according to the Vatican Radio.

Published by Loyola Press in Chicago, "Dear Pope Francis" has been in the works for the last few months, with Rev. Antonio Spadaro supposedly meeting with the pontiff regularly to discuss the book's details. The Jesuit priest had more than 250 letters to choose from before deciding to feature 30 for the book. In its upcoming launch at the Vatican, eight of these children will be able to meet the Holy Father in person, according to The Wall Street Journal.

"Dear Pope Francis" will be published in both English and Spanish languages and local Jesuit publishers in Italy, Spain, Mexico, Poland, Indonesia, the Philippines and India have been granted free license to print the books as well.

This is not the first book the pontiff has released as he also wrote, "The Name of God is Mercy," which was made available 86 countries last week, according to another Vatican Radio report.
