Are you a fan of the Chicago Cubs or Boston Red Sox? If so, you're in luck. Or at least you'll have high hopes for the 2016 MLB season. Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies fans? Not so much.

FanGraphs released its projections for the upcoming season earlier this week, including team records and stats for every player. According to their calculations, the Cubs and Red Sox will sit atop the MLB in 2016 while the Braves and Phillies will remain at the bottom.

Check out the projections below to see how your team may end up next year:

Now, before everyone starts freaking out (looking at you, Royals fans), just remember, these are projections and nothing more. Don't go badmouthing FanGraphs all over the Internet because your team isn't placed on this list where you thought they would be. FanGraphs does a solid job and their writers are good. So maybe there's a chance your team actually is as bad as their prognosticators forecast (think about it).

Then again, who thought the Mets would reach the World Series? Or that the Astros would make the playoffs? Or that the Blue Jays would snap a 22-year postseason drought? Or that the lowly Cubs would take down the MLB's top two teams in the playoffs? Or that the Royals would win their first title in 30 years?

People, we live in an unpredictable blueberry. The stats are there for reference, but they are not definitive.
