Justin Bieber just can't seem to keep himself out of trouble. The 19-year-old singer was caught stealing a bicycle from a Las Vegas security guard. Bieber was videotaped taking a bike in a Vegas casino on Sept. 14 when the "Boyfriend" singer and his friends were in town for the Floyd Mayweather fight.

The singer entered The Palms Casino Resort through an employee entrance when he saw a bike in the hallway and decided to take it. The security footage, obtained by TMZ, shows the singer riding through the halls as his friends follow behind him. Eventually two security guards catch Bieber and force him off the bike.

Sources told the celebrity website that the guards gave the singer a "stern talking to and eventually let him go."

He was able to get off the hook for the Casino-bike-theft incident but Bieber is still in deep trouble for spray painting a wall in Rio de Janeiro. According to the Global Post, he was filmed by a TV crew early in the morning tagging a wall near his hotel with images of a marijuana leaf, the Canadian flag and the name of his pet hamster, Pac who reportedly died after he donated it to a fan.

Bieber allegedly only had permission from the city to tag a graffiti wall in Rio's Olympic Village but he chose to stay close to his hotel because he didn't want to be swarmed by fans, RollingStone.com reports.

"Authorization granted by the city did not extend to other locations," the statement read from police, People magazine reports.

Sources close to the singer told TMZ that Bieber is pleading ignorance and claims he was advised by locals to tag the building near his hotel and thought it was ok. If charged he could face jail time and have to pay a fine.
