Kandi Burruss is officially a mommy of two. The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star gave birth to a baby boy, her first child with husband Todd Tucker, reported People. The proud papa took to Instagram to announce the arrival of their new bundle of joy.

Tucker posted a selfie with his wife, who smiled while wearing a hospital gown, and he captioned the shot: "Getting ready for Baby Tucker 1.6.16! I can't wait to meet my little man!"

Burruss, 39, documented her fertility struggles on "RHOA" and announced she was expecting in July, as previously reported by HNGN. The couple met on set of the hit Bravo reality TV series, where Tucker works as a production manager, in 2011 and tied the knot three years later.

Their new baby boy, whose name has yet to be announced, was born at 8:42 a.m. today, weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces. Burruss has a 12-year-old daughter, Riley, from a previous relationship, and Tucker has an 18-year-old daughter, Kaela, also from a previous relationship.

Kaela posted one of the first photos of her newborn baby brother. In the shot, the teen is holding her new brother while smiling down at him. She wrote "January 6th 2016 love you forever and ever" in the caption on Instagram, and her father posted a similar photo to his Instagram page. Burruss also gushed about the family's newest addition.

"Todd and I have been waiting so long for his delivery," Burruss told People, "and he is so very perfect."
