While we're all still riding an emotional high from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," it can't hurt to turn our attention to "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," the first non-saga Anthology "Star Wars" film, which will arrive this December. While the general storyline for the Gareth Edwards ("Godzilla") directed film is known - Rogue Squadron steals the plans for the Death Star - none of the specifics have come to light yet. But today, we may have found out who star Felicity Jones ("The Theory of Everything") is playing.

Thanks to a report from a casting site and actress Gabrielle Fritz, the likely photo double for Jones, we can assume that "Rogue One's" main character is named Lyra Erso. Unfortunately, no other details beyond her name are given and this is far from a confirmed report. By process of elimination - Jones is the only known Caucasian female in the central cast - we can assume that Fritz is her fill-in, despite being four inches taller. If not, at least we've still uncovered a character's name in the new film.

Sadly, Lyra Erso doesn't supply us with any clues as to her identity for potential connection to previous "Star Wars" films. At least she has a last name, though, which is more than we can say for Rey and Finn in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" will take place between "Revenge of the Sith" and "A New Hope" on the "Star Wars" timeline. It has been rumored that Darth Vader may make a cameo in the movie, though that is still unconfirmed at this point.

What is known for a fact is that "Rogue One" has amassed an impressive and diverse cast that includes Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Forrest Whitaker, Donnie Yen and Diego Luna. Ben Mendelsohn ("Bloodline") may or may not be involved as well. There are few character details readily available, though, Mikkelsen has said that for once he is not playing the bad guy.
