New Year's Eve is fast approaching and HNGN has your comprehensive list for all the TV countdowns happening throughout the evening.

Ryan Seacrest returns to host ABC's "Dick Clark's Primetime NewYear's Rockin' Eve" for the fourth time solo and Carson Daly gets an assist from Andy Cohen on NBC. Pitbull welcomes the stars from "Empire" for his party in Miami and Kathy Griffin has Anderson Cooper scared for her next stunt on their CNN broadcast.

MTV has chosen to forego its annual New Year's Eve special this year and instead will air a marathon of "Ridiculousness" with a six-minute teaser for "Teen Wolf's" season 5B premiering at midnight.

Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest

Ryan Seacrest will oversee five-and-a-half hours of music including 38 performances on ABC's annual countdown. Jenny McCarthy will report live from the crowd in Times Square and Fergie will host the Billboard Hollywood Party.

Carrie Underwood will serve as the headliner in New York City. Luke Bryan, Demi Lovato and Wiz Khalifa featuring Charlie Puth will join her. On the West Coast, One Direction will headline the Billboard show along with 5 Seconds of Summer, Alessia Cara, DNCE, Fall Out Boy, Andy Grammer, Ellie Goulding, Nick Jonas, Elle King, Tove Lo, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, OMI, Pentatonix, Rachel Platten, Nathan Sykes and WALK THE MOON.

Seacrest and the gang will also send the show over to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn to join Jimmy Buffett for a special live performance of "Margaritaville."

In addition to all the performances, Taylor Swift will release the world premiere of her new music video for "Out of the Woods."

"New Year's Rockin' Eve" kicks off at 8 p.m. on ABC and runs until a little after 2 a.m. (with a half-hour interruption at 11 p.m. for the local news).

NBC's New Year's Eve Game Night with Andy Cohen

Andy Cohen will start the festivities on NBC with a special New Year's Eve version of the popular Jane Lynch-hosted series, "Hollywood Game Night." He will welcome eight celebrities to face off in hilarious, New Year's Eve-themed party games live from 30 Rock.

The one-hour "Game Night" starts at 10 p.m. on NBC.

Before Cohen's party begins, Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford will once again take a look back at the year's biggest stories, scandals and trends in the special "A Toast to 2014!" starting at 8 p.m. The special will include interviews with Zooey Deschanel, Eva Longoria, Michael Bublé, Blake Shelton, Katherine Heigl, Howie Mandel, Kelly Osbourne and Margaret Cho.

New Year's Eve with Carson Daly

Cohen will join the just married Carson Daly for NBC's official countdown to 2016. They will be joined in Times Square with a special performance by "Voice" coach Gwen Stefani, who will sing her current hit single, "Used to Love You."

"New Year's Eve" starts at 11:30 p.m. following the local news on NBC.

Pitbull's New Year's Revolution

Terry Crews and Wendy Williams will co-host the hot Miami party. Pitbull will perform his chart-topping hits following an epic performance by Puff Daddy and the Family. The Miami-based rapper also welcomes "Empire" stars Jussie Smollett, Yazz and music supervisor, Timbaland, to perform songs from the hit Fox drama. Additional performers will include Shawn Mendez, Camila Cabello, Prince Royce, Austin Mahone, R. City, Pia Mia and the legendary Earth, Wind & Fire.

The "Revolution" starts at 8 p.m. on Fox and runs until 12: 30 a.m. (with an hour interruption at 10 p.m. for the local news).

New Year's Eve Live with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin

What stunt will Kathy Griffin pull this year? That's the question on Anderson Cooper's mind as he gets ready to co-host CNN's New Year's Eve broadcast with the bawdy comedian. They will also check in with correspondents across the country and the world in cities such as New Orleans, Memphis, Hershey, Pa. and Rio de Janeiro.

The Times Square celebration starts at 9 p.m. and runs until 12:30 a.m. on CNN.

Fox News Channel's All-American New Year

Fox News will ring in the New Year from New York and Miami and feature special appearances from Republican presidential candidates including Donald Trump live from Florida in the final hour of 2015.

FNC anchor Jesse Watters will kick off the evening with "Countdown to 2016" at 9 p.m. alongside Lisa "Kennedy" Montgomery from FOX Business Network and FNC contributor Katherine Timpf. "The Five" co-hosts Kimberly Guilfoyle and Eric Bolling will follow at 10 p.m. with FNC's "All-American New Year" from the Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square.

Viewers are encouraged to share their New Year's resolutions on social media using the hashtag #foxnews2016.

Fox News Channel's New Year's Eve coverage starts at 9 p.m. and runs until 12:30 a.m.

TeenNick Top 10

The special edition of the TeenNick series will countdown the top music videos of the year and feature appearances by Silento, Dawin, Conrad Sewell and Amanda Dilks.

The Top 10 show kicks off at 8 p.m. on Nickelodeon.
