Radio Personality Rush Limbaugh is labeling Superstar Beyoncé Knowles a turn coat, according to EOnline.

The conservative, and controversial, talk show host called out the 17-time Grammy winner, in response to her new single “Bow Down/I Been On.”

Limbaugh blasts Beyonce for straying away from her recent feminist-themed songs, calling her new song a complete “180.”

He believes the lyrics, “Bow Down”, are Beyoncé’s way of telling women to be overly submissive to their husbands.

"[Destiny's Child] songs were attempts to inspire young women not to take any grief from men. She's done a 180," he said on his talk show. "Beyoncé, now having been married, having been impregnated and giving birth to Blue Ivy…she's got a new song, 'Bow, Down'… Beyoncé is now saying, 'Go ahead and put up with it!'"

He went on to say that Knowles “180” stems from her marriage to rap industry giant Jay-Z.

"You know why? I'll tell you why. Because she married a rich guy,” he said. “She's even calling herself Mrs. Carter on the tour…She has shelved Beyoncé…She now understands it's worth it to bow down."

It seems Limbaugh misunderstood the meaning of the song. According to E News, “Bow Down” wasn’t a message of submission for women, but a warning to up and coming artists who think they're a threat to her.

Despite the heat Limbaugh is taking, he wasn’t the only public figure to attack the song. R&B singer Keisha Cole took a shot at Knowles in a tweet on Monday.

“First 'Women need to Stick together' now b-----s better Bow. Smh. But it's all G! Chicks stay shooting the s--t. But when I speak my mind it's a prob," she said.
