Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump was repeatedly interrupted during a campaign rally Friday in Raleigh, N.C.

The protests began within five minutes of Trump starting his speech and continued until he closed about 45 minutes later, which was early compared to his standards, as Trump normally speaks for well over an hour.

Many of the protesters were aligned to the Black Lives Matter movement and wore clothing bearing the it's name or chanted "black lives matter," while others held signs that read, "Stop the hate, we make America great."

Every time a protest erupted, the person was removed by a combination of security and authorities, with Trump saying after the first one, "The dishonest media ... will make that one person into the headline," reported CNN.

"Isn't it a shame, look at this, thousands of people are pouring in, and we have to get rid of one person who's wasting our time. With all of the people here, we have to waste time on one or two people. It's really ridiculous," Trump said during another stop, according to The Hill.

"Look at what happens. Our country is so divided. There's hatred between people. We want to bring it together," he said, according to NBC News.

"Why don't you take them out the nearest door instead of walking them through the whole place?" an irritated Trump asked after the eighth incident.

Romain Stanley, a self-identified protester at the rally, complained on Twitter about being violently removed.
