Lana Del Rey has millions of fans around the world and one of them was arrested after being found camping out in the garage of her Malibu, Calif. home, which is currently under construction, according to Entertainment Tonight.

According to officials, the fan did not pose a threat to the "Summertime Sadness" singer and she was not confronted by the stranger either. A construction worker discovered the fan in the garage area of the residence, where he had been lodging.

The perpetrator escaped before police arrived at the scene, but left behind some belongings, including "paperwork with ramblings of his infatuation" of the 30-year-old singer and a laptop, which the police used to find and capture the him, according to E!.

The suspect thought he had a "spiritual connection" to Lana, according to detectives. "Based on ramblings in his notes, he was clearly infatuated with Lana," said a Lost Hills police detective.

Police apprehended the fan, identified as 19-year-old Zachary Self, in Santa Monica on Tuesday and his bail has been set at $150,000.

Lana moved to the $3 million secluded Malibu beach pad from Hancock Park to get away from fans after some of them started camping out on the street, including one who managed to break into her backyard, according to TMZ.
