The attorney for Casey Anthony is set to represent one of the two girls charged in connection to the suicide of 12-year-old Florida girl Rebecca Sedwick, Fox News reported.

Of the two girls arrested, Jose Baez will represent the 12-year-old girl charged with aggravated stalking of Sedwick, who authorities say jumped to her death on Sept. 9 after being "terrorized" in school and through social media.

The 12-year-old and 14-year-old girls were arrested on Oct. 21 for felony aggravated stalking after authorities linked them to the case following an incriminating post online.

Following their arrest, both girls were released and are currently on house arrest. If convicted, they are unlikely to serve jail time considering this is their first offense according to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, who has been extremely vocal about the tragic case.

"We knew that there was total disregard for life, and if she would say those things after she bullied Rebecca and after the parents knew that, we had to act more quickly," Judd said of the bullies during an appearance on "Fox and Friends."

Judd also criticized the girls' parents for denying their children's involvement, saying their home computer was hacked.

"You tell me that there's not parents, who instead of taking that device and smashing it into a 1,000 pieces in front of her child, says, 'Oh, her account was hacked?' We see where the problem is."

Officials also arrested 30-year-old Vivian Vosburg -- mother of the 14-year-old charged in the case -- on two counts of child abuse with bodily harm and four counts of child neglect after discovering a video. though it is unrelated to Sedwick's case.

The video, posted on Facebook, shows "what appear to be two juvenile boys fighting on a bed. An adult female then enters and begins to punch and hit victim #2...the suspect then leans over and punches victim #1...in the face who then slides off the bed and onto the floor."
