An unidentified man was killed early Thursday morning in a shooting in Fenway Park, in Boston, as reported by WCVB. Three others were wounded in the attack, two of whom have been claimed by investigators to be "well-known" to Boston police, according to NECN News.

All three were taken to Boston area hospitals with non-fatal injuries. Both the victim and the survivors are said to be in their 20s.

Officers on duty in the area reportedly heard gunshots around 2 a.m. and saw several hundred people fleeing the Yawkey Way area near the Who's On First sports bar. This is not the first time that the bar has been involved in something like this, having been linked to the non-fatal shooting of two women only earlier this year, according to CBS Boston.

Who's On First has received multiple citations since 1985, including violations for selling alcohol to underage drinkers and other assaults that happened on site, as reported by CBS Boston. Both Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and Police Commissioner William Evans spoke on Thursday of the bar's previous issues and claim that issues are being addressed with the licensing board, according to WCVB.

"There's one particular establishment, we've got to find out what's going wrong," Commissioner Evans told NECN News, "We've got to change either who's running that place or something, but that's a nuisance place that we have to work on."

While the man's name has yet to be released, NECN News reported Mayor Walsh as saying that the victim was on his way to work at the time of the shooting and that he was "beloved by his coworkers". "It's unfortunate that his mother had to get a call early this morning to let her know that he won't be there today for Thanksgiving," he told the Boston Herald.
