Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte is expected to play this Thanksgiving against the Green Bay Packers, according to Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune. While Forte will be back in action for certain Thursday night, Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is still just hopeful of playing, according to Wiederer.

"We're going to see on Thursday," said Jeffery, via the Chicago Tribune. "I definitely do want to be out there. At the same time, if the training staff sees how I feel and I don't feel too well, I won't be out there. If I'm feeling well, I'll play."

The Bears star wide receiver has missed five games this season with a plethora of injuries including hamstring, groin, and shoulder issues. Jeffery will likely be a game time start in fantasy this upcoming week, but if he is good to go he is a clear start at a second receiving position on your fantasy roster.

While it's unclear if Jeffery will play, Forte is almost certain to be on the field Thanksgiving night. The Bears running back is averaging four yards per carry and has scored two rushing touchdowns this season. While many are concerned Forte will lose carries to the running back Jeremy Langford, he is still a clear start in all fantasy leagues. Forte is also a great play in point per receptions leagues, as he is a dual threat out of the backfield. Forte has missed three games with a medial collateral ligament sprain, but should be a full go Thanksgiving evening.

The Bears also welcomed back first round draft pick wide receiver Kevin White to practice on Tuesday afternoon, according to Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune. The Bears have 21 days to decide to place the talented receiver on their active roster, or place him on season-ending injury reserved. While you will want to wait to pick up White on your fantasy squad it's important to acknowledge his return, as he could become an impact player if he gets back on the field. White was expected to fill the loss of wide receiver Brandon Marshall this season, but has yet to see a snap this year. It will be interesting to see what the Bears choose to do with White, as they are not completely out of playoff contention at 4-6.
