Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello, one of Hollywood's hottest couples, tied the knot on Sunday in a romantic wedding ceremony at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Fla.

The wedding festivities included a pool party, a lavish rehearsal dinner and a pre-wedding party, where the "True Blood" star serenaded his bride-to-be to a rendition of Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine," according to People.

Vergara looked stunning in a custom Zuhair Murad design wedding dress as she made her way down the aisle. The wedding ceremony took place in the hotel's ballroom, which was adorned with a variety of flowers including white roses, orchids and hydrangeas.

The song the newlyweds chose for their first dance together was Frank Sinatra's 1964 cover of "The Way You Look Tonight." The wedding was attended by more than 400 guests including A-listers such as Channing Tatum, Reese Witherspoon, Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as Vergara's "Modern Family" co-stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Ed O'Neill, Sarah Hyland, Ty Burell and Julie Bowen, E! reported.

This is the Columbian-born actress' second marriage. Her first was to her high school sweetheart, Joe, at the young age of 18, but they split up three years later. Vergara, 43, and Manganiello, 38, started dating in July 2014 after she broke up with businessman Nick Loeb. The pair got engaged six months later on Christmas Day, according to Entertainment Tonight.
