Now that word is out about Gavin Rossdale cheating on his ex-wife Gwen Stefani with their nanny Mindy Mann, she wants the world to know what really went down during their three-year affair.

Their 27-year-old Australian former nanny wants to reveal to the world what really happened in a tell-all book, and her information won't come cheap. "The word is Mindy is shopping her story around. She wants to do a tell-all," an insider told Hollywood Life. "Her friends are negotiating for her and they seem to think it's worth millions. But, realistically, the most she's probably going to get is maybe $100,000. It's all going to be dependent on if she can legally get away with it, though. Right now, she's trying to figure out what she can say based on the paperwork she signed. It's in the hands of a lawyer at the moment."

Stefani first accused her husband of having an affair when she found disturbing text messages and several nude photos going back and forth between Mann and Rossdale, as HNGN previously reported. When she confronted him about the affair, he admitted that it had been going on for some time, which is why the two decided to divorce after 13 years of marriage. When Stefani first found out, she was devastated, as she and Mann had a good relationship, but she did always believe there was something a little off about the nanny.

"Gwen took Mindy under her wings and was like a big sister," a different insider also told Hollywood Life. "She was incredibly giving with her time and energy and when Mindy needed advice with her clothing business, Gwen always made herself available. In addition to giving her money to start up her business, Gwen gave her support, time and input. She was even there for Mindy when she complained of boyfriend problems. Gwen was totally blindsided and betrayed, not only by Gavin, but by this young nanny who took advantage of Gwen's kindness and generosity."

Apparently, Stefani and Rossdale had lent Mann about $50,000 to start her own business, as Stefani thought this was a good idea at the time. "They loaned Mindy the money to launch Pint Size Kids, which is an indoor playground. Mindy didn't plan on asking Gwen and Gavin for the money. It was Gavin who discovered the funds were needed to get the business open," a source told Radar Online. "It was around the time that Pint Size Kids opened that Gavin and Mindy became romantically involved. Gavin would often bring his kids there to take enrichment classes. Things got very intense with Gavin and Mindy very quickly."

When news about the affair broke, the media was all over Mann trying to get her to give any details about what went on, but she has remained quiet for the kids' sake. "The last few weeks have been extremely difficult for Mindy," a source told E! News on Wednesday. "She has been bombarded with media trying to get her to talk about Gavin and the kids and she isn't wanting to talk. She cares about those kids so much and out of respect for the family wants to keep quiet."
