In the last episode of “The Originals” Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) decided she would do some research into her baby’s dad and his family -- which is a really good idea.

It’s safe to say that at first Klaus (Joseph Morgan) wanted nothing to do with her. However, I know we all saw his little smile at the end of Tuesday's episode when she told him it was a girl. According to a recent interview Joseph Morgan did with EOnline, Klaus’ and his siblings will continue to have a good relationship with the young werewolf.

"We're going to see a little more of his protective side, and I think indeed from the entire Mikaelson family,” he told the website. We're going to see them kind of embrace the idea that this baby and therefore this person, this mother, Hayley, belong to us. She's with us now."

Morgan recently shot down the idea of romance with any of the women in the show. That’s probably because he has other uses for them in his devious plans. Hayley is having his child. Sophie (Danielle Pineda) is leading the witches. Cami (Leah Pipes) is a distraction for Marcel.

The most interesting relationship comes between Klaus and Cami. In a recent sneak peek given to TVGuide.com, Klaus pretty much tells Cami his plans to save Davina and keep Hayley safe although he never uses her names. He also never mentions that they are a witch and a werewolf. Klaus has compelled Cami more than once. So has he done it again so that telling her this information wont matter? Or does he want her to seem him in a good light? (Share your theories below)

“The Originals” airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
