Looks like we'll all be spending our New Year's Eve with One Direction! The popular boy band will be returning to the Billboard Hollywood Party during "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest" to bring in 2016 with three exciting performances, according to Entertainment Weekly

The Billboard Hollywood Party will air on ABC at 8 p.m. on Dec. 31 during the live New York Times Square portion of the show, which is hosted by Seacrest. The boys will be headlining the Los Angeles show, which Fergie is hosting, for their second time and will be joining the star-studded lineup, which will feature Carrie Underwood.

"The group will perform three songs throughout the show during the bi-costal celebration," the press release reads. "They join previously announced performer Carrie Underwood, who will be performing for over 1 million fans in Times Square, and millions more on TV, moments before the ball drops. With over 38 performances and 5 1/2 hours of music, America's biggest celebration of the year will take place."

"It's been an incredible year for us and we can't wait to ring in the New Year with all our fans on New Year's Rockin' Eve," they said in a statement, according to Billboard. "It's an honor to be back at the Billboard Hollywood Party for our second year."

"US! Get excited," the band tweeted following the news. "1D is returning to headline @OfficialNYRE from Hollywood on 12/31! #RockinEve."

The news comes just days after One Direction, which is composed of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, released their fifth studio album "Made In The A.M." As the first album since Zayn Malik left the band, and their last one before going on hiatus in 2016, this marks a major milestone for the popular boy band.
