A Florida woman ran over her ex-husband's foot after an argument about sex, reported the Bradenton Herald. Wendy Luper and Michael Vaccaro — who were married for 12 years before divorcing and then getting back together within the past six months, according to The Smoking Gun — drove to a storage unit in Manatee County to retrieve some of his possessions at 6:54 p.m. on Nov. 15.

After parking in the rear of the facility, Luper propositioned Vaccaro, according to a police report.

“Luper got undressed, and asked Vaccaro if he wanted to have sexual intercourse,” reported the Manatee County Sheriff's Office. “Vaccaro agreed, and told Luper to lay down.” But Luper said no because she didn't want to have sex in that position, noted the Bradenton Herald.

Vaccaro decided to go for a walk to avoid a physical altercation with his ex-wife. Luper has a prior battery charge for allegedly punching Vaccaro in the face, neck and arm Aug. 20 because he ignored her request to do the laundry, noted The Smoking Gun.

When Vaccaro returned to Luper's car, she refused to give him a ride. She threw an unidentified object at his head when he began retrieving his belongings from her car. Vaccaro fell back and Luper kept yelling at him. When he tried to take the rest of his possessions from her car, Luper drove the car over his foot, reported the Bradenton Herald.

When the police arrived, Vaccaro's head was bleeding and his foot was swollen and turning colors. He refused medical service, but admitted that he did tell his ex-wife he wanted to have sex with her, according to The Smoking Gun.

Luper, 45, was charged with domestic violence. She was released from jail after posting a $750 bond Nov. 15.
