It's week 10 in the NFL, and it is getting to crunch time in fantasy football leagues. Last week saw a ton of injuries in football, and many fantasy owners are in need of a great plug and play for this weekend. There are two running backs available in most leagues that are due for big weekends, and they are great plug and plays in your flex spot or your second running back position.

Green Bay Packers Running Back James Starks - Starks has been named the starting running back over Eddie Lacy and is expected to have a big weekend against the Detroit Lions. Starks could be a huge play in point per reception leagues, as he is a quick outlet for quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The Packers running back had six receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown last week. While Starks has struggled to rush the ball the past two weeks, it's key to remember that he was running against two of the best defenses in the NFL in the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers. Starks has a favorable matchup this week against a weak Detroit Lions defense that is ranked 30th in the league in terms of rushing yards given up per game.  Expect a big game from Starks this weekend, and if he is available in your league you should grab him quickly, as he is becoming a hot commodity in fantasy football.

New England Patriots Running Back James White - The Patriots are hoping White can fill Dion Lewis' role, as New England lost Lewis for the season due to a torn ACL last week. The New England Patriots running back will likely sit behind running back LaGarrette Blount, but he should be a big play in PPR leagues. White was a fourth round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft and has not produced big numbers since entering the league. In White's defense, he hasn't seen much playing time with the rise of Lewis but should have a dramatically increased role this weekend against the New York Giants. White has only been targeted five times this season, but he has caught all five of those passes for 23 yards. While White may seem like a risky play, he has tremendous upside and could be a huge plug and play this week. Expect White's fantasy points to come on third down passing situation, and he has a favorable matchup against a poor Giants pass defense. The Giants are second to last in the NFL in terms of passing yards given up per game, and White will look to get open quickly on short passing routes. If White is available in your league or if you have him on your team, you should play him at the flex spot or your second running back position. White could be an impact player for the Patriots down the stretch of this season, and he looks to be a great plug and play on Sunday.
