Justin Bieber called in Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show on Monday and premiered two new tracks off his highly anticipated upcoming album "Purpose," Billboard reported. Bieber gave fans an exclusive first listen to the Ed Sheeran-penned track "Love Yourself" and the Halsey collaboration "The Feeling" before his album drops on Friday.

"Love Yourself" features quiet acoustic guitar line paired with Bieber's vocal track, where he sings scathing lyrics about an ex-girlfriend.

"My mama don't like you and she likes everyone," Bieber sings in the pre-chorus then goes on to sing the lines, "'Cause if you like the way you look that much / Oh baby, you should go and love yourself" as a falsetto track blends into the chorus, a signature Ed Sheeran detail. The musical composition gets more complex toward the bridge as horns are layered over the guitars and Bieber hums along.

The second song, "The Feeling" has a more danceable beat and fits in perfectly with pop newcomer Halsey's electronic pop sound. The duet features lyrics sung by both Bieber and Halsey that asks the question "Am I in love with you or am I in love with the feeling?"

"I haven't even met her yet," Bieber told Lowe of Halsey, as reported by Entertainment Weekly. "I ran across her videos and told [manager] Scooter [Braun] I was a fan... It was organic."
