Erykah Badu hosted the 2015 Soul Train Awards Show at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas last Friday, according to Billboard. The star-studded night of performances featured 90s R&B crooner Tevin Campbell, Tyrese, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and many more.

The evening honored Jill Scott, with the songstress receiving the Lady of Soul Award, reported Fashion & Style. A special tribute video from celebrities like Whoopi Goldberg, Usher and top music executives highlighted Scott's talent, creativity and inspiration.

Scott sang a special selection of her hit songs such as "Long Walk," "Golden," "It's Love," and "Cross My Mind." Celebrities in the audience like Janelle Monae, among others, stood and sang along to Jill Scott's beloved hits, noted Fashion&Style.

R&B singer Tevin Campbell treated the audience to a performance of 1990s love ballads, noted The YBF. The singer, who has stayed out of the spotlight, sang his 1994 hit "Can We Talk," which won him a Soul Train Award that same year.

Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter and producer Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds was honored with the Legend Award, according to Fashion&Style. After being received with a standing ovation, a round of R&B superstars sang Babyface's hit songs. Brandy, Fantasia, Bobby Brown, Boyz II Men and Tevin Campbell performed Babyface's classics. The honoree himself closed the tribute with his very own performance of his 1991 Grammy Award winning hit "Whip Appeal."

Other performers included Tyrese, R. Kelly, Jeremih, Cameo, and Tasha Cobbs.

To see the full performances viewers will have to wait until Nov. 29 when the 2015 Soul Train Awards show airs on Centric and BET at 8pm ET, according to Billboard.
