On episode four of BET's newest reality TV show "The Westbrooks," India Love celebrated a social media milestone with a special photo shoot after parting ways with her former manager. Crystal took the first step towards making her dreams come true with an acting class, Morgan helped Brooke re-vamp her waist trainer business, mom Candy gave Brooke relationship advice, and Bree's boyfriend Devon enlisted her sisters' help to pick out an engagement ring.

The Westbrooks sisters (minus Crystal) sat down with their mom Candy and dad Warren, and India Love announced that they all have parted ways with their manager, his friend Kevin. The girls each went in their own separate directions and chased after their career goals.

India Love reached a social media milestone when she hit one million followers on Instagram, and her new manger Jacob arranged a photo shoot to celebrate.

After meeting with an agent who almost discouraged her from pursuing an acting career, Crystal attended a class with acting coach Bobbie Chance. She was able to channel her emotions during a rehearsal where she acted out a scene with a male actor, and Chance praised Crystal for a job well done.

"Crystal you've got it going on," Chance told her. "You've got the look, the sound, you represent a generation of young women that are gonna relate to you. Don't you dare let anybody tell you that your dream is impossible for you."

Brooke had a heart-to-heart with Candy after Morgan told her that Brooke has become less motivated with her career since her boyfriend Allen returned home from prison. Morgan told Brooke that Allen has a negative impact on her life by distracting her from her business goals, and Candy gave her daughter some advice.

"At some point Brooke, you gotta love yourself just a little bit more than you love that man," Candy said.

Brooke took her mother's advice and set up a photo shoot to refresh her waist-trainer business. Morgan and Bree helped by posing for new photos wearing the corsets so that Brooke can expand her brand from beyond social media.

"My sisters are like walking commercials, anything I put on them, they can make me so much money," Brooke said in her on-camera interview.

Bree's boyfriend Devon brought her sisters along with him to a jewelry store to help pick out an engagement ring for her, and asked the girls for advice on how to gain their father's blessing. The sisters suggested a basketball game, but they told Devon to let their father win.

Devon showed up at the Westbrooks' home and challenged Warren to a game of basketball, and the men wagered each other with each score. Devon ended up owing Warren $700 by the end of the game, and as they paused for a water break, he nervously asked "I've been wanting to ask Bree...what do you guys think about us getting married?"
