Johnny Fratto, a regular guest on "The Howard Stern Show," has died from lung cancer at the age of 61, according to U.S. Magazine.

Fratto's wife, Ivanka, confirmed that he passed away peacefully and was surrounded by his family, reported TMZ. He was a regular on the SiriusXM radio show for years.

Fratto owned the Beverly Hills Choppers motorcycle and bicycle company and has once said that it builds scooters like "Vespas on steroids" noted Heavy.com. Among his clients were celebrities Nicole Richie, Nicky Hilton and Paris Hilton.

Fratto was a self-described "Mafia Guru," according to his Twitter bio, as his father was the late Louis Thomas Fratto, an infamous Chicago mobster who was a labor racketeer and ran organized crime from the 1930s until 1967.

He published the book "Would You Read This Book if I Threatened to Kill You?" in 2012 about his life growing up as a Midwest Mafia prince, according to Heavy.com. Matthew Randazzo co-wrote the book, and it was published by Harper Collins.

Fans took to Twitter to express their condolences soon after Fratto's death was announced. One fan tweeted: "Sad to hear about the passing of @JOHNNYFRATTO. He was a great guest on @HowardStern and always good for a laugh. RIP."
