We've already seen one tribe expansion on "Survivor: Second Chance," and just as these returning contestants are finally getting comfortable with their new tribes and teammates, another major switch is coming that is bound to throw their current alliances out of whack.

A few episodes ago, the tribes expanded from two to three, adding in tribe Angkor, but tonight they'll be going back to just Bayon and Ta Keo, according to Survivor Fandom. With so many alliances already formed, it'll be interesting to see if those who remain together stick to their original plans. The new Ta Keo tribe will consist of Ciera Eastin, Kass McQuillen, Kelly Wiglesworth, Spencer Bledsoe, Abi-Maria Gomes, Andrew Savage and Woo Hwang. This leaves Eastin and McQuillen together, Wiglesworth and Bledsoe together and three Angkor members, Gomes, Savage and Hwang together, which could end up benefiting them.

The new Bayon tribe will consist of Jeremy Collins, Kimmi Kappenberg, Stephen Fishbach, Joe Anglin, Keith Nale, Kelley Wentworth and Tasha Fox. This leaves Collins, Kappenberg and Fishbach together, Anglim and Nale-who already work very well together-along with their current tribe mate Wentworth together, and Fox all alone. Leaving Fox as the only member from Angkor against two parties of three seems cruel, but the show is all about forming alliances and doing whatever it takes to stay on the island, so it'll be interesting to see how she plays the game from here on out.

As you may notice, Terry Deitz is nowhere on either of these tribes, which may seem odd as the switch definitely happens before tribal council, but based off the promo footage for tonight's episode, it has been assumed that Deitz quits the game. In the promo, you see host Jeff Probst enter the original Ta Keo tribe's camp with some bad news for one of the male players. "Hey, it's Probst," you can hear the host say. "I need to talk to you." It's unclear exactly who Probst is relaying this information to, but the next thing you see is a boat leaving while Kass says it's the worst way for someone to go.

Based off of process of elimination, and the fact that you can see Anglim sleeping in the hammock when Probst enters, fans have narrowed it down to Deitz. Later in the promo, when Probst announces the tribe swap, you can see Ta Keo, but only five of the six players are shown, Survivor Fandom points out. Missing from the tribe is Deitz, and as someone who really loved the game and played it like a champ, it must have been some pretty bad news to get him to quit.

Rumors have been going around that Dietz gets this emergency visit from Probst because his son, who has a serious medical condition, got sick, according to Gossip and Gab. Based off of Deitz's Facebook Page, his son ended up needing a heart transplant. "Here's to our son Danny and to all the friends and family who prayed for him," Deitz wrote a few months ago when "Survivor" was still taping, according to Reddit. "Although it was not the outcome we were hoping for, Danny will be one of the privileged few to be put on the heart transplant list. As with everything he has done so far in life, he will handle this with grace...courage...and honor. We are so proud to be his parents. DANNY STRONG."

A friend of Deitz posted a photo to his wall on Sept. 11, letting everyone know that the surgery was successful. "Today is a day a life was saved," the friend wrote. "Danny Deitz is out of surgery and on the road to a beautiful life. My [heart] is full of love and thankfulness."

Tune in to "Survivor: Second Chance" tonight on CBS at 8/7c.
