A settlement has been reached. After shocking their fans with their divorce announcement, Gwen Stefani and her soon-to-be ex-husband Gavin Rossdale have reportedly already reached a divorce settlement, according to TMZ.

The two musicians will reportedly have joint physical custody of their three sons - nine-year-old Kingston, seven-year-old Zuma and one-year-old Apollo. However, Rossdale will be spending more time with his children than Stefani, due to her touring schedule and other work commitments.

Since the exes did not have a prenuptial agreement in place, Rossdale has agreed "to take less than 50 percent of their shared property" (for the sake of speeding up the divorce proceedings), according to documents obtained by TMZ

The pair announced they were splitting up this summer after 20 years together and almost 13 years of marriage. The "Hollaback Girl" singer and No Doubt front woman cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reasons for their split and denied Rossdale spousal support.

"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," the couple said in a joint statement to Us Weekly. "To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time.

At the time, a source told Us Weekly that Stefani and Rossdale's divorce was "a long time coming" and added that the terms of their divorce were worked out before the official filing.

"It only looks sudden, but everything was worked out months ago so paperwork could be filed and the marriage could be ended quickly and easily," the source told Us Weekly. "Things were rocky before [the birth of Apollo], but they tried to make the marriage work. But it just couldn't. A lot of the feeling was gone."

Stefani has launched a new breakup song, "Used to Love You."
