Emily Maynard proved all rumors of dating Sean Lowe fallacious and was seen happy with a mystery man at the opening night of "Les Miserables" Feb. 12, reports E! News.

Former "Bachelorette" starlet may have chosen Jef Holm over Sean Lowe while they competed to win her over during her season on the ABC reality show, "The Bachelorette," but rumors of her dating Lowe have been making the rounds. Maynard decided to eliminate Lowe but did not have a quite convincing reason to do so. She then chose Holm over Arie Luyendyk Jr., who was one of the two finalists on the show. They decided to end their engagement last October.

A report by the Star magazine said the current Bachelor, Lowe, was cheating on his new fiancée with Maynard. The report further claimed that Lowe and Maynard were seen at a "Bachelor" event and they both couldn't keep their eyes off each other. The insider told the magazine that Maynard "regretted not having chosen him" and that she "was heartbroken."

Maynard cleared the rumors of dating Lowe by replying to one of her fans tweet.

"Just found out @SeanLowe09 is cheating on whoever he picks on The Bachelor with @EmilyMaynard #inshock" said Twitter user @Morg on Feb. 27.

Maynard responded to the tweet and cleared the rumors originated by the magazine. "No need to be in shock.. Not true! Believe it or not, sometimes Star Mag isn't the most reliable source :)."

Maynard may have cleared the rumors about dating Lowe, however, it remains a mystery who she was spotted with at the opening night of "Les Miserables." According to an exclusive report by E! News, a source spotted Maynard with "a tall handsome guy with brown hair," and continues, "They were a very cute couple. It was opening night and they stayed in their seats and talked with one another during intermission."

"As they were walking through the crowd, he had his hand on her lower back guiding her. It was very caring," the source said. "They looked very happy."

The next day of the concert, Maynard tweeted, "If you're near CLT you have to to see @LesMisonTour at @BlumenthalArts. Went last night and the entire show was absolutely amazing!" However, she decided not to disclose any details about her company.
