Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle, who has plead guilty to child pornography charges, has paid ten of his victims an amount that totals $1 million in restitution, according to the Associated Press.

Fogle is expected to face sentencing next month, and the remaining four victims may also be receiving restitution around the same time, according to USA Today. In the weeks leading up to his sentencing, his team has been hand-delivering checks to each victim. Each of the ten victims received $100,000 checks.

The plea deal notes that $1.4 million was set aside for restitution. The money will go to mental health services for the victims--whether they are currently undergoing treatment, have undergone treatment in the past, or plan to in the future.

Fogle faces a prison sentence of between five and 12 years, according to the plea deal, Reuters reported. However, it is possible he could face the maximum of 50 years, if that's what the judge decides.

Subway began featuring Fogle in ads in 2000 when it was discovered that he lost 200 pounds while eating Subway sandwiches, according to USA Today. He spent 15 years working for the company before being fired in July.
