For those of you that enjoyed this summer's surprise hit "Ant-Man," we've got some good news for you. Director Peyton Reed is in negotiations with Marvel to return for the follow-up, "Ant-Man and the Wasp," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Set for a July 6, 2018 release, "Ant-Man and the Wasp" will see Paul Rudd's Scott Lang team-up with Evangeline Lily's Hope van Dyne AKA The Wasp. Given "Ant-Man's" success with audiences - 80 percent on Rotten Tomatoes - and modest yet still solid showing at the box office - $454 million worldwide - it's no surprise that Marvel would want to bring Reed back for a second go-around.

In other Marvel Phase Three news, "Thor: Ragnarok" will begin shooting in Australia sometime in 2016, Superhero Hype reports. The film is scheduled for a July 28, 2017 release date.

"Ragnarok" will end the Asgardian trilogy and has been penned by writer Christopher Yost ("Thor: The Dark World") and will be directed by Taika Waititi ("What We Do in the Shadows"). The film will pick up after the cliffhanger Loki (Tom Hiddleston) sprang on movie-goers at the end of the second "Thor" movie when it was revealed that he had secretly taken the throne in disguise as Odin (Anthony Hopkins).

In addition, "Thor: Ragnarok" will also feature Bruce Banner/The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo).
