Amy Schumer hosted "Saturday Night Live" for the first time over the weekend and slammed the Kardashian family in her opening monologue. While Schumer's joke was exactly that, a joke, Khloe Kardashian did not appreciate her words and called out the comedian on Twitter.

"A whole family of women who take the faces they were born with as a light suggestion. We used to have Khloé. Khloé was ours, right?" the 34-year-old comedian said to the "Saturday Night Live" audience. "Khloé, she lost half her body weight. She left us. She lost a Kendall and we have nothing."

While Schumer meant the line to be a harmless joke that was simply part of her monologue, Khloe did not take it lightly. The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star posted a number of cryptic tweets to her Twitter account but did not mention Schumer by name.

"No need 2 tear down other just 2 make urself feel bigger," she wrote. "It actually makes u quite small. I'm on a healthy journey. I don't care 4the hate."

"Let's uplift one another!!! Happy Sunday! Stay Smiling," she later added.

Schumer took to her own personal Twitter account to set the record straight about the Kardashian jokes she used on "SNL."

"Nothing but love for that family. I like idea of sending women the message to be happy in their own skin," Schumer wrote along with a picture of her adorable niece she calls "The Duchess."

Hopefully everything is now settled between Khloe and Schumer!
